Trade Policy:

In Domestic Business we execute all Business Activities on 100% Advance Payment basis through Bank RTGS/NEFT/Cheque Deposit. While in Overseas Business we anticipate and execute business deal on funds transferred through Bank Wire Transfer only. We don’t execute overseas business on L/c at sight or SBRLC etc We respect the credit worthiness of our buyers, but as a policy of trade and business we execute business on the stated terms of business.

Association Policy:

For Hindustan Animal Feeds, its business associates are much more than the actual physical business. We will be not be able to entertain any business activity in the mutually agreed business jurisdiction of our business associate. Also we don’t believe in appointing multiple business associates in a common business jurisdiction.

Our team of hard-working professionals follow well planned and drafted marketing strategies that help us in popularizing our range of animal feeds amongst the customers. Modern and sophisticated marketing system enables our product line to cater to the requirements of various poultry and cattle rearers.

Our marketing strategies are discussed as under:

• ETRH system better known as the exclusive trade right holder, under this system the company appoints domestic and international Exclusive Trade Right Holders (Sole Proprietor / Partnership Firm, Company or Business Group) to whom the product marketing rights are endorsed on attestation of trade MOU by both the parties
• An ETRH is the one who owns the brand ownership and marketing rights of the product line in his area of activity
• According to integrated product movement pattern these finished product is transferred from the manufacturer to ETRH only
• In this case the ETRH possesses exclusive monopoly in product marketing and pricing perspective
• Corporate Tie Ups: are done effectively to encourage global and domestic corporate tie ups. Under this scheme, we make channel partners who market our products in their areas. This way we are able to cover vast areas in different regions. These channel partners can refill the product in their Trade Mark and get commission on the basis of a fixed minimum purchase package
• The agreement is signed as per the mutual agreement of both parties and product branding becomes optional
• Direct Marketing: We resort to direct marketing for our animal feed worldwide. In this case, we supply the food to buyers (traders/ corporate) in bulk quantity to cater to the requirements of fodder for cattle, poultry, pigs, horses and many other animals
